  Service was okay and the food was barely okay. For the price it should be great but the seafood reminded me of the chain seafood joints. The shrimp were really small and the portions were small for the price. I think that they push the "fantastic" salad bar to fill you up so you won't be disappointed. The salad bar isn't anything to impress you either, it has the usual things plus just a little extra. My daughter's steak was cooked right but had little flavor. The final irritant for me was that I ordered a draught beer and it was in what looked like a 10oz glass and the cocktail server had her separate tip jar proudly displayed. If you want to over pay for okay food this is your restaurant, if you want good food go someplace else. I know I wouldn't come back and I advised some friends that their group of 10 should go elsewhere too.

  Last night we ventured out for a nice dinner,going first right across the street to Charlie's Boathouse Grill.
  The wait was only 25 minutes so we stayed , big mistake!!
  We were seated and it was crowded and we were not impressed with our waiter. He asked for our drink orders and we said coffee and water . He took his time and finally came back with two mugs and plopped them down on the table , still not making any eye contact. I'll bring cream and your water in a minute.
  Never asked if we were ready to order! A couple was seated after us got his full attention as he then proceeded to ask then for their order.
  At this point we both decided to spend our money and dining experience at a restaurant that would in the very least acknowledge our presence. When I asked for the check for coffee our server never question why.
  Pricey place for poor service and a salad bar that I could get at Ruby Tuesdays

  Great salad bar, it's bigger and reminiscent of Ruby Tuesday's. The meals are average but I would recommend just getting the salad bar. If you are a repeat customer they give you a business card which is good for 20% off your next non-early bird bill. Their sign also says they take AAA discounts.

  This was probably one of my more disappointing visits to Charley's. Every year we come here to celebrate my Grandmother's birthday, but after the experience we had today, we were not sure if we were going to come back. The food was very well prepared and the salad bar was excellent, but the waitstaff and service were relatively lackluster. There were several times we had to ask for more water or get their attention after waiting a good amount of time to see if they would come to us to ask. What was worse, however was the fact that it was incredibly noisy. Our options were screaming to the person 3 feet away from us or playing the telephone game and having the person between us relay the information between us because we could so barely hear what they were saying.
